Shipping
We ship from two locations: California, USA, and Shenzhen, China.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for items with quality issues. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at support@funlairtoys.com. If it has been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it at your own shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support at support@funlairtoys.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can also send us a mail order with a check or money order. Money orders are accessible at the bottom of the checkout page and will be pre-filled with the items in your cart.
We never charge twice. What you see on your account is an authorization that will drop off within a few days.
Your card statement will read “EDENFANTASYSCOM.”
Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds or errors in the entered card information. Please double-check your card details and contact your bank if the issue persists.
Refunds
Refund processing time depends on your bank and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite refunds, as processing times are determined by your bank.
